HIGH STAKES

STRATEGY SESSION:

Intake & Application

Welcome.
This is a tactical briefing, not a standard coaching intake.
To ensure our 90-minute session is used strictly for strategy and not fact-finding, please complete this form thoroughly. Be specific, factual, and direct. Your answers will allow me to draft the initial sections of your Crisis Protocol before we meet.

Confidentiality Note: All information is confidential. However, if you disclose immediate danger to yourself, your child, or others, or suspected abuse, I am ethically and legally obligated to take protective action.
